On the 4 cylinder models with SOS trans you need to turn the traction disconnect in order to roll the tractor.
The disconnect is on the left side by the axle dip stick.
Remove the nut on top, remove to S shaped lever, turn it around and reinstall it on the shaft.
While rocking the tractor rotate the lever "don't remember which direction, it'll only turn one way", until the wheels are free to roll.
You should be able to turn the lever back around and reinstall it on the shaft and stud.
Word of caution, once the traction disconnect is turned to allow the tractor to roll the rear axle will be disconnected from the transmission, there forth the only thing that will stop the tractor from rolling off are the brakes.
Once you have the tractor moved to the location you want it's best to reengage the traction disconnect or chock the wheels, other wise the tractor could roll away.
