I would be unsure about that one,, a W-3 and a 420B are not the same enough machine to be in the same service manual,, look for a 400B one also any Case CE/Construction can order you the operators manual for the 420B it has most any hyd specs you will need and the Case 400B service manual will give you any spec for the tractor unit, the ops book part number is in one of the pics
