Seems there are no reasonable priced new vacs. Rem and Brandt are over $30,000 new here. The one I use belongs to the trucker so I'm lucky. I'd be looking for a good used one if I had to buy one. Way faster than the 7 inch auger we sometimes use to load out of a hopper bin. Vac takes all the dust and back strain out of cleaning out flat bottom bins. Probably not the most economical with a 100 hp tractor running full speed but I don't complain. The misery of grain dust and aching back is something I don't miss.
