FB doesn't require your bank info, but ebay does.
I've bought and sold on FB and never had to give them any more info than this or other forums require.
Swap meets are turning into delivery/pick up points for items that are sold on FB.
Besides the FB Marketplace, FB has many (thousands) of groups dedicated to buying, selling, collecting specific types of things....trucks, vintage tractors, collectibles, etc. There are also buy/sell groups for geographic areas.
I've used CL and didn't like it. Waited around to meet buyers that never showed up too many times.
Something will come along to replace FB, but right now it's the place to buy and sell.
