I see it a lot around here. About 6” high wheat, corn, or beans seem to be the preferred fields, especially if the road elbows around the corner of the field.
We had some punk kids break into a parked school bus at one of our high schools, somehow got the keys out of the lockbox, drove it through the fence around the football field and commenced to cutting donuts on the freshly sodded ball field. Then, they shot the fire extinguisher off all over the inside of the bus. I think they found that one of the kid’s parents was a bus driver and they’d seen them unlock the 4-digit combination lockbox.
