Our shop is built with a large concrete pad outside the door and cutting and welding is for most part done outside but like you if any GRINDING, Cutting or welding has been done we make sure someone is around for an hour or more. We use a lot of 3m snot glue for rubber around windows but cannot help you with the two part. Most 3M products are as advertised.
