Those DEERE rims are the "ribbed" type where the lugs grip the rib when tightened, and the rim can be relocated to adjust wheel spacing and the other rib clamped to, instead.
I would ASSUME the mounting lugs on your Ford rims are permanently attached, vs clamp-on and the rims won't interchange either way between the centers.
