Vision rearwards while backing could pose a danger unless the grain tank etc around the cab could be removed. A hydrostatic drive & hydraulic assist would be best. A snowblower vs blade is vastly superior move snow anyways. The HD drive & clutch to operate the cylinder could be extended down to the blower. Should be lots of engine HP avalable. Winter starting diesels is no secret. Injectors with proper spray patterns, lots of compression from a sound engine, "bigger is better batteries" with a battery warming blanket, winter oil & a block heater. No problem. Could be an expensize orphan project or the start of a trend. There are several self propelled forage harvestors with snowblowers around here.
