Sounds like what you really need is a heat houser, a canvas that covers the engine sides all the way back around your driving area, the heat from the engine blows back around your legs, and helps a lot. If you can't find one in the farm store catalogs ask an older farmer he may even have one left over in his barn from his last cabless tractors. Some of these even had windshields. Now that I think of it, believe the actual name was Heat-Houser, with dark green canvas. John in Nebr.
