My brother had a couple acres cleared and he was going to sow spring oats on it until he put grass on it this fall. Were he got the oats they said he could just broadcast them out and they would come up I have never had any luck just putting anything out on top of the ground. Should he go over it with the harrow after broadcasting out thanks for the help
