Value of a '53 Massey-Harris 555

I'm trying to buy my grandfathers 1953 massey-harris 555 from our neighbor and I want to find out what I should offer. It was put away 16 years ago, engine filled with diesel fuel, exhaust and intake capped off. I don't know if it will run or seized up. The rear tires don't match, sheet metal is good with only a few dings and dents, paint dull and bird dropping covered. Please help!!
