A Farmall A would pull the hay wagons, but, stopping them on hills is another matter so I wouldn't reccomend it. I don't know about your hills, but around our hills even an H can be a little scary going down some hills with a loaded hay wagon. I'd be more comfortable with an M or a 460,560 or 656.
