My 67hp 686 (7,800 lbs) pulls a 3-16 and with ease. I even used an 826 Hydro to pull the same plow but generally use a 966. I think the 806 is in the 80 hp range possibly 90. JD 3020 should have no problem. Any tractor over 60hp should pull it with the proper tires and weight. The 966 has a little too much power and beats up the plow when you go faster (1 high 3/4 throttle).
