You need to convert that mov to mp4 or webm in order to have it play in modern browsers. You can use ffmpeg which is a cross platform tool. It is command line, but very well documented and very easy to use. You can get it here.
The mov format requires the quicktime plugin to be installed, and would need to be embedded as an object rather that as an HTML5 video element.
Upload one or more videos to your post. Photo and video filesizes should be less than 5MB. Formats allowed are gif, jpg, png, ogg, mp4, mov, and avi. Be sure to use filenames without spaces or special characters, and filetypes of 3 digits lower case.
