Does law enforcement do anything in your area? Every time I think of selling my farm here in what amounts to a suburban area I read a story like yours about what is going on in really rural areas drugs,theft,trespassing etc I think I'd better stay put.Cops here have a 5 minute response time and my suburban neighbors never steal anything and rarely are any problem. Very low crime area we all look out for each other for the most part.I also have Nest live video cameras at both houses on the farm so any comings or goings when I'm not here is recorded for me to review for two weeks if needed.
