I think the green rear ends held up well do to the fact that the engines produce little torque. If I was you I wouldn't brag up the History of the "G," my neighbor told me stories about an Unstyled G, he went to turn around at the end of the field while cultivating and he broke an axle! Althought you say an M final drive is weak, I never broke an axle cultivating corn!
