$50000 fine ... are you kidding ????

Read some of the messages below about gas prices and the supposed $50000 fine that is going to happen. Now, let's get real here boys. It's one of those 1950's fad rumors like the $75 T-Bird that you could buy at the funeral parlor but it had a dead body in it for 3 months. I think most rational people know that a vendor can charge pretty much any amount for anything that you're selling in this country. To my limited knowledge of the law, that's pretty much the way it is and of course, the 'fine' thing is just wishful thinking by those that got hosed. At least, I think that's the way things are and even Big George hasn't changed that yet.
