Actually, I don't believe the Ford toolbox was a dealer option. Things like lights and prefilters and such were options, but I believe the toolbox and toolkit came with every tractor. And every one of them were installed under the hood, behind the battery. The box is small, so folks tended to bolt another one onto the fender. I think I have seen aftermarket literature for these. Quite common. Another that you will see sometimes is in the running board. This came out with the NAA, and many folks adapted it to their 8N.
