The washer sounds like a good idea and actually, I'd like to try the welding thing but I don't think I've got enough bolt sticking up from the engine block to weld to (without getting a bit tight). I'll check it out the next time I'm out where the tractor is stored. Sounds like the welding the nut on thing is a bit more likely to work as opposed to the easy out thing. Thanks for the help.
