Yes , I agree. But many people don't check the box. That's only good if your ordering the truck. Even more people buy what is setting on the lot. Or they buy used with low milage. When I mentioned having no personal experience in my earlyer post , I was talking about since Dodge changed to the new body style. I remember one time in the early 70's , we were drawing loads of hay down into a gully , and back up the other side. Quite a steep road , but I didn't build it. Most of us had chevy trucks. One guy had a Dodge with 318 and auto transmission. Going down was OK , but the truck didn't have power enough to take the load of hay up the other side. We had to pull him up with the tractor. We busted on him about his Dodge truck back then. The suspention was also no where as good as the chevy. I've had my dodge trucks in the spring shop many times. They even told me that Dodge puts cheep spring steel in there leaf springs.
