Reminds me of seeing a quarter laying on the gravel driveway while talking with my brother. It was about 10 feet away from us, and I pointed it out to him. He walked over to it, and dropped a $10.00 bill down beside it, then bent over and picked them both up. I asked him , why’d you throw that ten spot on the ground before you picked up the quarter? He said that it really isn’t worth picking up a quarter anymore, but he would still bend down to pick up a ten dollar bill, and while he was down there, might as well grab the quarter too. Geezer logic at its best !
