I hardboiled half a dozen eggs a little while ago. Have a couple for breakfast, wife's lunch, a snack later, whatever. I prefer to eat them cold. So I drained the water out of the pan and set them out on the deck to cool. 8 minutes later they are chilled down nicely. You guys in the south don't know the conveniences you give up to live down there. -23 here in the Twin Cities this morning. Glad it's not cold like in some areas.
