You need a different fuel treatment. That being said for now just get some Kerosene and mix it in the tank. I would used 30-40% with the cold we are having. You will also need to change the fuel filters. My experience has been that once they are plugged with gelled fuel they are done.
As far as the magnetic heaters. They usually are only 200-300 watts. That does not heat much when it is below zero. Also throw a blanket over the entire motor to help hold heat in will help get it started.
