I'll add a couple things if I may. Agree with what you've already pointed out. I like the binders on the front chains, only chain on the rear. I'm fearful a binder, strap or anything else may not hold as good as the chain when I have an emergency and don't want it on top of me. If you use binders wrap the handle closed so it won't accidently open, you don't want any slop in the tie downs, ever. Set something against the tongue and use that as a guage to make sure you add a bit of tonngue weight. Never haul anything of any weight with a lighter tongue than an empty trailer. Take it easy and don't zone out while driving like most people do. You're doubling the weight of the vehicle now.
