When I taught Ag and later when I was vocational director, I took quite a few young people to visit diesel tech school. Several went and all but one finished. They all make a pretty good living and some are making big time money. The main thing is to enjoy your work. Your son will be able to get a decent job almost anyplace he chooses to live. I am happy for him and you.
