That's hard to say without actually seeing it. What do you mean by 'the bead is slightly broken'? Is there an inch long crack through the tire running parallel to the bead right next to the bead? Or? Any crack through the tire wall of an inch will pinch & ruin an innertube. You can put a boot inside, but it often doesn't last. Of course, if the bead itself is cracked, the tire will never hold on the rim. If it were me, I'd haul to the dump. It got taken off & tossed in the weeds for a reason. But without seeing it, hate to say too much. --->Paul
