You, will learn as you, operate your tractor that you will very your throttle speed with load,condition and saftey . Where it is not good to lug a diesel engine ,you,only need to use the recomened RPMs that power take off equipment should operate at .This might mean you, have to shift to a lower gear because of load or operating conditions . When the throttle is set right and you, have to much of a load the goveren should kick in at this time you, might need to down shift .
