Some years ago, my wife and I went to a Nebraska/Iowa State football game in Ames, IA.
We had some 4" of wet snow during the game. My wife and I were both wearing insulated coveralls and had large garbage bags pulled over us with eye holes poked in them. You guessed it, some students were running around in shorts.
