Probably a good idea to include federal laws and maybe international law as well, as some of these unregulated steam freaks are traveling across state lines and even into Canada with their unregulated death and mayhem machines. I mean, criminy, now the Supreme Court finally managed to reign in that heinous torture group know as the PGA and got rid of their ridiculous rule requiring players to actually walk the course (can you imagine a sport more cruel than golf?) perhaps now the Glorious Government can keep us all safe from old guys with farm machinery. (gee, just kiddin' folks, but I couldn't help m'self)
