Regulation needed for the hobby!

There are responsible owners out there. There are irresponsible owners out there. Like it or not, the only way the irresponsible owners can be addressed is by regulation. Fair board rules, local ordinances, state rules are needed. All equipment that will be operated while on show needs to be inspected, and the operator certified. No different than any other pressure vessel operated in a public venue, such as building heating systems, process boilers, etc.
