For me I try to dim when I know the oncomming vehical can see me do it but a lot of time I have to stay on dim. What gets me is when I am driving on dim as well as the oncomming vehicle and when it gets to 25 ft to 100 feet in front of me they switch to bright and it is right in your face when theu do it. It is not just a rare time it happens but seems like it is about every night I am out. They need to just wait that 2 seconds to go back to brights.
