What kind of Dumb Cop,s/ distractes some one running one of these Machines? / They could have waited until they were done parking it. By the way cop,s are there to Protect Every one[ LOOK WHAT THEY REALY DID / STUPPEDEY ON DUTY ] 4 DEAD and Many people hurt. They Were trying to save a little Black top from being damaged,[ Big Deal]? I would hope that these Two Officers would have to Tell The Familys Of The Deaths,[ Wish full thinking / I Hope They Can Live With them selfs/ How Much Would The Tickits Have cost, and the damage the tractor coused to the road, [25- 2000 dollers maybe ] IT is Sad this is all 4 peoples Lives Are WORTH ? .
