Cletrac won't start! HELP!

I was using my 1947 Cletrac HG, I turned it off and tried to restart it backfired a couple of times and I have not been able to start is since. I checked the compression and have 90-100 psi in each cylinder.Due to the sudden problem I am assuming it is electrical. I have spark but I installed new plugs, wires, points, condensor and rotor. I do not not know much about magneto's

Any ideas as to what I should try next?
