There could be a number of things happing here.The throwout bearing maybe sticking on the tube,oliver had an add on grease kit for this.One problem i have had is with the rebuilt preasure plates sometimes the finger will crack right in the hinge point.Everythings looks ok but it wont relese the clutch.It takes dissambly and a good set of eyes to find it.You can try to adjust the clutch fingers again,and they will look ok.When you try to use it the crack will open and the clutch will be stuck again.You must replace all the fingers with new to stop this.
