Looks like a plastic trash can in photo. FYI at one time I worked in a factory working with tooling, OSHA walk thru inspection did not like our trash can, metal can with lid or swinging lid required for any wiping rags / towels that may be oily, contain paint products, solvents ect. or be near an ignition source like grinding, welding, heat sources and I don't remember all, We had a few days to correct as an inspection was coming that would levy fines. I believe this first inspection was preformed by the company's insurance company as a one time courtesy, but I may be wrong. I do know new trash cans appeared by magic in a few hours and the outside trash hopper was near overflowing.
