lot of variable. Depends a lot on the base stock. Ultra Low Sulfur diesel is the norm now. Some base stock requires a lot of refining work to remove high sulfur content. There are other things in base oils that may make it hard to crack out the diesel/kerosene mix.
Also noted before, there are contracts for jet fuel, and heating fuel that impact the amount of diesel fuel and cost.
