Definitely freezer on the bottom. We have had two, first one one door, second french doors. Liked them both. New one is an LG and when we had a minor glitch found out noone in the area services them. Finally found a repair service about 1 1/2 to 2 hours away that comes to our area when they have a few calls. They took care of it but they aren't going to get here right away in an emergency. Oh, there is a dealer in our area but they only servive what they sell, can't blame them, ours came from HD.
