That tractor has the 310 or 312 engine. They will start! Pull the T handle shutoff half way till you feel resistance.Push the button. When it starts,push in the handle.that is a 'fuel dump' for starting. Dumps extra fuel and changes the timing a bit to start.Even noticed when the engine starts to rev when the cable gets pulled out halfway?That means it works.Mine (706,310 german,13,000 hrs) will start at zero,but will not start at 80 degrees without pulling the cable out halfway.
