No 2nd and 5th means bottom shaft trans issues. To fix you need to split and also remove axles and pinion from trans. case. PTO was not great on 10 series and the Marvel carbs are not very good as well. I would not consider it unless bought cheap to be used as a parts tractor. Here in the midwest a good 3020 gas can be bought for about $2500-3500 with everything good mechanically. Tom
