I would get more quotes. Don't rely too much on the brand, there is not that much difference in brands, but there are many levels of technology, different SEER ratings with each brand. Do some research, find out what the options are before settling on what the installer wants to sell you.
Word of mouth advertising is the best way to find a good HVAC company. Ask your neighbors and acquaintances who they use. TV advertising, billboards, full page newspaper ads are a huge red flag!
