I went to an estate sale 30+ years ago. Old fella had no kids, and willed his estate to some distant family of his late wife. These folks laboured away dragging equipment out of a shed that had been put away in there around 1948. The shed had settled down on some of the stuff, and had to be jacked up to free the equipment. While the preview of the auction was going on, and a crowd had started to assemble waiting for the auction to begin. The shed collapsed into a pile of dust and rubble. Fortunately no curious auction goers had gone into the shed for a look around.
