If the tracks and under carriage are OK or better, it might be wort it if you like experimentation. They are OK when running, but under powered. IIRC the drive is open and could have a variety of engines put in it. (seams like Hercules wes in it originally) it needs 25hp to be real. There are no track clutches, just track brakes. This design forces the outside track in a turn to be at twice the speed of going straight, and the stopped track gets to absorb engine energy. I would not do it unless you were collecting them, but wanting to put a different engine in it precludes that. Jim
