Called the local dealer stooge incorporated aka stotz equipment needed a sway block for my 3020/4020 I lost one plowing earlier this fall get the parts guy uh there�s a serial number break and then uh I can�t get it . That�s funny I just looked it up last week so I hung up out of curiosity I decided to look it up again sure enough still available and all sub to a part number 39513 called back and gave the part number uh well I�ll have to order it no s**t I already knew that you guys don�t even stock a section for a John Deere combine header please order it . And I wonder why I even bother trying to do business with those clowns .
