working on a Stihl MS391 saw. will run at high speed but can't get it to idle down. I have replaced gaskets and diaphrams in carb along with needle. The high and low speed jets have the plastic limiter caps on them. How do you get those off to remove adjusting screws to clean them? couldn't find a better forum here so tried this one
