I had posted this on the combine site but had not gotten any responses. So, I will try here. Sometimes I notice that my John Deere 6620 will not level itself as it should. When you hit the rocker switch for tilting left or right it tilts immediately. In fact if you hit the rocker switch and tilt the combine most of one way or the other it sometimes kicks the automatic leveling into action. I noticed when I was turning around on some steep end rows it would level immediately. I wonder if the pendulum in the box under the throat is sort of hanging up or the electrical contacts need cleaning. Question is what goes on in that box and how should it be maintained? Thanks guys.
