Every misurable bicycle on the road needs a license plate and proof of full coverage insurance. I drove a truck for years, been run off the road by them, almost killed the bozos when they ran thru a red light, Lately, I was hit in the rear buy a guy in a brand new F150. Why, because some dim Witt dolly was attempting to do something with a cell phone she had in her right hand. She ran a stop sign. I came within about 1/10 of an inch of turning her and her kid into highway hamburger. Stopped just in time to miss her. The guy following me was not so lucky. Tapped my bumper and set off every air bag in that ferd. I went to see if he was OK, couldn't we him for a few seconds because of the powder from the air bags filled the cab. The darn gal just looked at us and road off. He called ferd, its gonna cost him over 3000.00 to replace them.
