Although I wouldn�t myself, my son and his wife love to ride bikes, and sometimes they ride on country roads in Oregon. I really don�t like them being referred to as �targets�. They are not doing anything that�s illegal.
As long as there is no posted minimum speed, you can ride a. bike or drive a tractor any speed you like below the speed limit. Although I don�t like bicycles riding on roads, the law is that they can and I respect the law. So the thing is, if you don�t like the law as it is, then you need to try to get it changed. It�s becoming all too common for people to think they can pick and choose which laws they want to obey often with disastrous results.
