His attitude??? He isn't the one riding at 1/10th the speed limit obstructing traffic. I encounter the Psycholists all the time in my neighborhood. They think they can ride three and four abreast and chat it up. Trucks cars and combines must yield to these folks who have claimed the road as their own, and thy don't even live on it. Most are from in the developments about a mile from here. The ones who don't care about human life are the ones who ride in traffic when they should be on your rails to trails. Oh, and we spent several million here transforming the river levee system to a nice trail for them to ride on, but they prefer the roads instead.
