I thought the JD 3010 and 4010 and the 3020 and 4020 were designed so you could not pull them unless they were in tow mode that dissengaged the tranny from the engine. This was both gas and diesel I thought was that way. So no way to start one. Now the way a Ford was built I can see being able to pull one to start. I know I just hated that tranny in my Uncle's 3020 when I drove it. Driving it made me when it was time to get bigger tractors all I looked at were Ford, would not take a second look at one of those Deeres.
