I found my big beautiful Red bone dead from bloating one morning. He was such a special buddy, so smart and so funny. I was devastated when I found him dead I just held him and cried, my doctor said it was ok to do that. I have had a dozen pets over the years but Rex Copper King was so special. In the song about Mr. Bogangles, the dog up and died, and after 20 years he still grieves, I know what that's like.
